Support
Last updated: September 1, 2026
This page is how you reach the people behind SpeechStep, and what you can do yourself without waiting for us. We keep it short and honest: support is by email, from a small team, and we would rather tell you that plainly than print a promise we cannot keep.
How to reach us
Email is the way to reach us — there is no phone line and no live chat, and we would rather say so than publish a number nobody answers.
- Anything at all, including billing and refunds: support@webmobi.com
- Privacy and your child’s data: privacy@webmobi.com
- Legal and our terms: legal@webmobi.com
If you are not sure which address fits, use support@webmobi.com and we will route it. Including the email address on your account, and what you were doing when something went wrong, helps us help you in one reply instead of three.
How fast we reply: a real person reads every email, and we do our best to reply within a few business days. That is a best effort from a small team, not a guaranteed service level — we do not offer round-the-clock support, and we will not claim to until we can staff it. Verified parental requests about a child’s data are handled within 30 days or sooner where the law requires, as our Children’s Privacy page sets out.
Things you can do yourself, right now
These do not need an email to us — they work on their own today:
- Your account — export a copy of everything we hold for you and your child, manage recordings and consent, or delete the account and its data entirely.
- Erase your data without an account — if you used a free tool or asked for a Welcome Session but never created an account, delete what we hold for your email address at speechstep.com/erase.
- Book a free Welcome Session — a free online conversation about your child’s speech and what to do next. No diagnosis, no pressure, no obligation to buy anything.
Ongoing 1:1 coaching with SpeechStep’s own speech professionals is not open for booking yet — tell us it’s what you want and we’ll come back to you when it is. We won’t take money for it until we can actually run it. SpeechStep does not provide regulated therapy with a clinician licensed in your own country. If that’s the right next step for your child, we’ll say so and point you to your country’s own register of licensed therapists.
About the mobile app
SpeechStep runs on the web at speechstep.com. Our mobile app is not yet on the App Store or Google Play — we say that plainly rather than imply a listing that does not exist. If you reached this page from a SpeechStep app, the addresses above reach exactly the same team about it.
For parents: your child’s data
Questions or worries about a child’s recordings or information go to privacy@webmobi.com, and you can review or delete data yourself in your account (or at /erase if you never made one). What we collect from a child, the consents that gate it, and your rights as a parent are set out on our Children’s Privacy page and in our Privacy Policy — this page will not restate them, so those two stay the single source of truth.
Our policies
- Privacy Policy — what we collect and why.
- Terms of Use — the agreement that governs SpeechStep.
- Children’s Privacy (COPPA) — the child-specific protections, in plain language.
- Refunds & cancellation — what you are charged, how to stop it, and how to ask for your money back.
- Security — how your family’s data is protected.
SpeechStep is operated by Mendios Technologies Bangalore Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Support: support@webmobi.com. Company details in full are at the end of our Terms of Use.
